Ingredients

• pork spare ribs 1kg
• ketchup 1 cup
• honey 1/4 cup
• granulated sugar 1 tbsp
• chipotle 1/4 cup
• jalapeno 2 peppers
• onion (minced) 1/2
• paprika powder to taste
• garlic (grated) 2 cloves
• ginger (grated) 1 thumb
• lemon juice 1 fruit
• cilantro (minced) 1 bunch
• salt & pepper to taste

Directions

1. Slice the spare ribs into individual units, sprinkle on some salt to marinate.
2. Boil spare ribs until they are soft, then let cool.
3. Mix all other ingredients, then slather on while baking or grilling the ribs until done.
